About the event
Join author Char Miller at the San Antonio Book Festival! On Saturday, April 15, from 12:45-1:30PM, Char Miller will present "A Planet in Peril," a talk moderated by Elena Bruess, an environment, water, and climate reporter with SAEN. The talk will be held in the East Terrace of the Central Libray of San Antonio. A book signing will follow immediately after.
In Natural Consequences: Intimate Essays for a Planet in Peril, Char Miller explores threats of climate change, fire, drought, development, and fracking to our environment. Join us to hear about the misuse of the land and resources, the importance of taking action in your local community, and how we can find healthier ways of connecting with the world around us.
Entry to the festival and all events is free. No tickets required. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
