Bruce Rutledge would like to apologize to the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce for any damage he has caused that wonderful Scottish city. He enjoys drinking with Glasgow's denizens, discussing the fine points of Rangers-Celtic rivalries and dissing their artsy-farsty neighbor to the east, but he has decided never to work for a Glaswegian again.
