Robert Juppe   Life with a Bilingual Dog

Robert Juppe has lived in the Tokyo area since 1986. He teaches at a university in Ibaraki. He is currently on a diet. He claims to have the largest collection of sleeping bags and air mattresses in Japan. He hopes to use his vacation home as a shelter for abandoned pets one day.
